What Alive is, and is not

Alive suggests outings and adds them to a calendar in your Google account. Event details such as dates, times, prices, hours, and availability come from third parties and can change without notice. Alive checks them before they reach your calendar and marks what it could not confirm, but it cannot guarantee them, so confirm important details with the venue before you go. Alive is not a ticket seller or reservation service, and BerryBox is not responsible for third-party events, venues, bookings, or what happens there.

Subscriptions and billing

• Alive is an auto-renewing subscription charged through the App Store under your Apple ID.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

Connecting Google Calendar

Alive works only with the access you grant it, described in our Privacy Policy. It creates and manages events only on the calendar named Alive and never changes events you created. You can disconnect it at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Use Alive only for lawful purposes.
• Respect venue rules, including age requirements; some suggestions are for adults 21 and older.
• Use your own judgment about safety, travel, and weather when you go out.
• Keep your account secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BerryBox and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses, including the cost of tickets, reservations, travel, or anything else you buy because of a suggestion.
• Events that are changed, canceled, sold out, or not as described.
• Technical failures, software bugs, or third-party outages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Alive is to stop using it.

Third-party services

Alive relies on third parties, including Google, Apple, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Alive for a violation of these terms or for suspected misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Alive after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
